You may have heard recently that Fast and Furious 9 has been delayed by one year.

An official reason has not been given yet to the delay, but Tyrese has a feeling that Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson is responsible for the release date change.

Universal Pictures has wanted to fast track a Fast and Furious spinoff movie starring Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson and Jason Statham. It seems as if Tyrese feels Mr.

Johnson is using the Furious franchise as a vehicle to boost his own ego. Tyrese wrote a semi rant on Instagram about the way he feels on The Rock's current career plan. You can read Tyrese's comments down below.

Congratulations to @TheRockand your brother in law aka 7 bucks producing partner @hhgarcia41 for making the fast and the furious franchise about YOU - And like you, DJ even if they call I will not be deleting this post - Gn folks see you in 2020 April #FastFamily right? Nah..... it's about #TeamDewayne #3yrs will it be worth the wait? #NoShaw just Hobbs will this be another #BayWatch? Guys guys just relax I'm just a passionate film critic

It's hard to know what Tyrese wants from The Rock.

A few weeks ago, he didn't want The Rock to miss being cast in Fast and Furious 9.

Now that The Rock is able to film both the spinoff and Fast and Furious 9, Tyrese is angry because of the release date delay.

It appears Tyrese is just a little salty that The Rock and Jason Statham will be working on an extra movie. It will be interesting to see if The Rock will ever address Tyrese's recent social media rants.
