In a top five that has been ruled by Justin Bieber, Adele and Drake for what seems like months, Twenty One Pilots shakes things up as their hit song "Stressed Out" breaks into the Billboard Hot 100 Top 5.

Twenty One Pilots is by no means a new musical act.

Their first self-titled album dates back to 2009 but if there is one thing that the duo of Tyler Joseph and Joshua Dun have proved it's that hard work totally pays off.

The duo finally hooked a bigger following after the release of Vessel in 2013, more so the hit song "Holding On To You." Now, the band is climbing new heights with their album Blurryface and hits like "Stressed Out" and "Tear In My Heart."

Thanks to the meaningful lyrics and Joseph's undeniable vocals and lyrical delivery when he breaks into his raps, along with Dun's powerful drums, Twenty One Pilots has found dominating the mainstream radio is doesn't always have to be done with bubbly pop hits.

"Stressed Out" focuses on real life problems and issues that face us from the transition of college to working adults.

Joseph also sings about semi-conformation to pop ultimately reverting each issue to an end result that is simply being "Stressed Out."

"Stressed Out" is a well executed song with the perfect balance of electronic, rock, punk and pop sounds.
