Van Neste Square is the heart of downtown Ridgewood. This beautiful town square is home to several restaurants, cafes, and shops, as well as a farmer's market that takes place every Sunday. During the summer months, the square also hosts several outdoor concerts and events.
4. The Hermitage
The Hermitage is a historic house museum that dates back to the early 19th century. The house was once home to Theodosia Bartow Prevost, a prominent figure in the Revolutionary War. Today, the house is open for tours and features several exhibits on the history of the town and its residents.
5. The Ridgewood Public Library
The Ridgewood Public Library is one of the premier public libraries in the state of New Jersey. The library features a wide collection of books, DVDs, and other media, as well as several quiet study areas and meeting rooms. The library also hosts several cultural events and exhibits throughout the year.
