Located 14 kilometers from downtown Purwokerto, Baturaden is a popular tourist spot known for its cool climate, beautiful natural scenery, and mineral water springs. Visitors can enjoy horse riding, trekking, and swimming here. Additionally, there are plenty of waterfalls, hot springs, and resorts for those who want to relax and unwind.
2. Curug Cipendok

There's also a vast parking lot, a camping ground, a hill-slide, and a natural pool within the park.
7. Museum Wayang Purwokerto
Museum Wayang Purwokerto is one of the area's cultural sites. It is conveniently accessible from downtown Purwokerto and has a collection of 600 puppets. There are not only Javanese but also other wayang styles from towns throughout the archipelago. The museum has six collections consisting of dalang, natural-made wayang, newspaper-created wayang, such as Jangkrik Genggong, and others.
