Budongo Forest Reserve

A visit to Hoima would be incomplete without exploring the Budongo Forest Reserve. Located in the southwestern part of the city, this forest reserve is home to over 600 chimpanzees and a variety of other flora and fauna. The reserve has several walking trails that take you through the dense forest, and you can spot the wildlife at close quarters.

Murchison Falls Conservation Area
