Total Divas Season 3 Episode 1 Recap, 'Eggs Over Freezing'

On the third season premiere of E!'s "Total Divas" the professional wrestling stars saw the return of Rosa Mendes while each one dealt with problems in their personal life.

Eva Marie kicked off the season in racy fashion, doing an exposing and sexual engagement photo shoot with her recently fiancee Jon. In what seemed like an idiotic move she showed the photos to her family, and they obviously did not approve of them.

Eva Marie also received the bad news that her father's cancer had come back, and her family called her out on being distant from the family the past few years.

Jon's religious beliefs differ from Eva Marie's family, causing a rift between the two.

In order to have the traditional wedding that the family wants Eva and her family ask him to convert to Catholicism , but he feels too strongly about his beliefs, causing tension between him and his fiancee.

Rosa Mendes was previously kicked off the "road" because she couldn't stay in control. The divas reluctantly welcomed her back to show, and Nattie is asked to be her mentor to keep her in control, much to her disapproval.
Rosa admits that she was gone for three years because she was in rehab, and she feels that she has been given a second chance and will capitalize on it.

Rosa confidently displays her naked body on the show, with the obvious blurs of her chest and groin.

Rosa was faced with her first match in a year and a half, and she admitted she had a very hard time dealing with the pressure before it.

In a match with her off-the-mat mentor Nattie she was defeated and admitted she performed very poorly, causing a breakdown.

Nikki Bella opened up to her twin sister, Brie Bella, about her marriage problems with WWE superstar John Cena, wondering if she can see a future with him and she admitted that she is starting to imagine a life without John in it. With the advice of her sister Nikki decided to freeze her eggs, a move she won't tell her husband about.

After consulting with a doctor she learns that she cannot have sex, drink and wrestle, all things she admits are big parts of her life.

Nikki is keeping her whole ordeal of freezing her eggs secret from John, from her doctor prescribed shots to having her blood secretly taken by a nurse in a room on the other side of the house from John and an interior decorator.

This season of "Total Divas' will captivate viewers' attention with the issues they face both in and out of the wrestling ring.

From marital and family issues to losses on the mat, this season will be sure to pack a punch filled with drama.
