We all know that Terry Crews is one of the most enthusiastic dancers in Hollywood.

He isn't afraid to bust a move as we saw in the various Old Spice commercials. During his visit to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Crews showed off his self-proclaimed best robot of all time.

Crews told Fallon he was in a breakdancing crew called the Big Man Breakers in 1986 at the height of the phenomenon. He told Fallon he would practice spinning on his head for hours and none of the girls would get near them.

He then stated that he does the greatest robot ever before breaking it down for the show. It was pretty darn good but we don't know about the greatest ever.

Meanwhile, Fallon wanted to know where Crews gets all of his positive energy from. Crews said that he literally gets it from gratitude because when you're ungrateful you can feel the energy being sapped from you.

The actor, who is from Flint, Michigan, says that he is a statistic and a lot of his friends are in jail or have passed away.

He says he is always in front of the whole world doing what he loves.

They proceeded to carry out some more dance moves as the entire crowd gave him a big round of applause for his uplifting words.
