MTV's "Teen Wolf" stars Tyler Posey, Holland Roden, Tyler Hoechlin & JR Bourne came together to help contribute to the Cystic Fibrosis Fundraising by creating a one of a kind t-shirt.

"Teen Wolf's JR Bourne, Tyler Posey and Daniel Sharman have teamed up to offer you this LIMITED EDITION T-shirt to raise funds to be donated to Cystic Fibrosis research," read the description on Represent.com.

"Hey guys! Such a great cause @iamjrbourne is supporting, along with @tylergposey . Support!" tweeted Hoechlin.

Roden got involved by standing in a video encouraging fans to support the cause while holding the t-shirt.

Represent is a website that allows anyone to "create and sell custom branded merchandise with no up-front costs or risk." The Teen Wolf cast members banded together and began their pursuit on social media as Posey, Hoechlin and Bourne all shared encouraging tweets to fans asking them to buy the t-shirts.

The goal was 500 and the cast managed to blow the goal away by reaching a total 1890 sales.

On his way to the convention in Madrid, Bourne and Hoechlin along with cast members Ian Bohen and one of the Carver twins were featured in a video all of whom were thanking the fans for their support.

The fundraiser has ended but the t-shirt featured a hashtag of #socialnetwolfing fusing the show and social media to help push the cause.

The cast is coming off one of their arguably best seasons of Teen Wolf and are using their platform and fan base to support causes.
