Zac Efron has appeared in a video posted on Gianluca Vacchi's Instagram page, dancing to 'Wiggle' by Jason Derulo on top of a bar.

Efron, Vacchi and dancer, Youssef Giga show off their dance moves and it appears that Efron hasn't lost a step from his High School Musical days.
