CD Projekt Red announced the minimum system requirements for The Witcher III: The Wild Hunt via the game's official Twitter account.

The minimum requirements are as follows:

o Intel i5-2500K 3.3GHz

o Radeon HD 7870
o RAM 6GB

CD Projekt Red, however, recommends that you have:

o Intel i7 3770 3,4 GHz
o AMD FX-8350 4 GHz
o GeForce GTX 770
o Radeon R9 290
o RAM 8GB
o OS 64-bit Win 7/Win 8 (8.1)

o HDD 40 GB

The Wild Hunt was delayed in 2014. It was originally supposed to launch in February, but was delayed until May.

CD Projekt Red stated that they needed more time to complete their vision for their highly anticipated game, which will trump Skyrim in map size.

The game will complete Geralt's saga as he searches for his lost lover, Yennefer. He was amnesiac throughout the previous title, Assassins of Kings, as he struggled to rescue his current romantic interest, Triss Merigold.

For those wanting to play the game but lack the minimum requirements, you have 4 months until the game is available; The Witcher III: The Wild Hunt launches for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on May 19.
