The kids of Stranger Things are showing wisdom and inspiration far beyond their years.

Millie Bobby Brown a.k.a. Eleven, spoke to Access Hollywood about chopping off her hair for the role and part of it is in hopes to inspire girls with cancer.

Brown was asked what it must have felt like for a young girl like her to cut off her hair.

She simply stated that her hair was not her everything and that there are girls out there who have alopecia and cancer and she hopes to show them that it is cool to have short hair.

She wants them to embrace being who you are and she did not care about chopping her hair off one bit.

Access Hollywood's Natalie Morales and Kit Hoover pointed out that Brown's co-star Winona Ryder was one of the first female actresses to cut her her hair really short. Brown said that Ryder always told her she will get to a stage where she can't do anything with it.

She also showed off an Irish wedding band that was given to her from Ryder for her birthday.

We totally love the message that Brown is sending and are impressed by her wisdom at such a young age. You can watch Millie Bobby Brown's interview with Access Hollywood in the video below.
