Some very famous British celebrities will be getting cameos in Star Wars: The Last Jedi. This includes a famous royal duo as well as one of the most sought after actors in Hollywood today.

John Boyega confirmed this during an interview with BBC Radio4 (via Screen Daily). Star Wars: The Last Jedi will include cameos by Prince William and Prince Harry plus Tom Hardy.

It's expected their roles will be very brief. You can read what Boyega had to say below.

I think they took that scene out. I've had enough with those secrets [laughs]. They came on set. They were there. I'm sick of hiding it. I think it was leaked, anyway. There were images. Every time I get asked, I have to dodge it. I'm tired of dodging it. They were there. So was Tom Hardy

Much like Daniel Craig's cameo in The Force Awakens, Hardy and the two royal brothers won't be getting any face time. They are all expected to be hidden under Stormtrooper masks.

Whether or not they get speaking roles remains to be seen. Craig got to talk in The Force Awakens, but it was kind of hard to tell that he was in the movie unless you are familar with his voice.

The movie is not out yet, but it's possible there could be more cameos and easter eggs for us to see. Star Wars is always a franchise that tries to please its hardcore fan base.

Speaking of The Last Jedi, soon it will be September 1st.

September 1st is the day that many new Star Wars merchandise will be available for you to buy. You can try and recreate the cameos using the new Stormtrooper toys!
