Star Wars: The Clone Wars Is Returning For A Seventh Season

When Disney got a hold of the Star Wars license, some people were disappointed to hear the cancellation of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars TV show.

Well now it sounds like Disney is listening to the fans because the TV show will be back for a seventh season.

Disney and Lucasfilm announced at the San Diego Comic Con that Star Wars: The Clone Wars has been revived for one more season that will span 12 episodes.

The show will finish off many stories that did not have a proper resolution when the series initially ended a few years ago.

The show will be airing on Disney's own streaming service that is supposed to be coming in the near future.

No release date for the TV show has been announced yet, but a trailer has been released and it's likely we'll see the show sometime next year.

Reception for the show's revival has been very positive.

Many of the people that worked on the original series is back for this new season of the TV show.

The show will end the way it was originally intended to be so both fans and critics should love the conclusive ending this new season will bring.
