Spider-Man: Homecoming just released last week to both critical praise and a spectacular box office haul that will just keep growing in the coming weeks.

One of the best aspects of the movie itself was the star, Tom Holland, and it seems that he may have found love on the set as it has been reported that he and fellow Spider-Man: Homecoming star Zendaya are now dating in real life.

Holland, of course, stars as Peter Parker, aka Spider-man, in the film while Zendaya plays Michelle, who has a decently sized role in the movie, though not as Peter's love interest.

This is definitely a different take compared to the previoius Spider-Man movies that had the female lead as the love interest, though it's very possible they could go that route in future movies.

While they are not together in the movie itself, the actors reportedly found sparks off the set.

According to PEOPLE, Holland and Zendaya began dating while filming Spider-Man: Homecoming.

It is really surprising we've never seen them together outside of the media circuit for the movie, but the report says that they have been really careful about keeping it private.

Another insider corroborated the report for PEOPLE, which said:

"They're both really ambitious and they challenge each other -- but, most importantly, they make each other crack up. They seem to have a really similar sense of humor and love joking around together. They have great banter back and forth."

Working on Spider-Man movies together must do something with bringing couples together, as the first trilogy of films led to the multiple year relationship between stars Tobey Maguire and Kirsten Dunst, while the two Amazing Spider-Man movies led to stars Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone dating.

Holland and Zendaya both took to Twitter to poke fun at the report, though neither outright denied the two being a couple, so it's really hard to say one way or the other at this point.
