It looks like Hip-Hop and Rock are battling for the top spot on Billboard's Emerging Artists charts as Snow, Tha Product, Catfish and The Bottlemen, Troy Ave and Rich The Kid sit in the top four spots.

Coming in at the top spot on the Billboard Emerging Artists Chart is Snow, Tha Product with her "2015" freestyle over Tyga's "Make It Work" instrumental. She is one of the hottest upcoming lyricists in Hip-Hop and after her freestyle on the 2014 BET Hip-Hop Awards Cypher, Product is starting off "2015" with a bang.

She claims that she slacked off a little in 2014 but is back to getting her "s***" together for the new year. Check out the hot freestyle below.

Catfish and The Bottlemen have broken away from the UK and hit the U.S. pretty hard with their hit "Kathleen." Earlier this week Empty Lighthouse profiled the band that has managed to impress their fans with their raw alternative-rock approach.

"Kathleen" is an impressive song that is both catchy and refreshing to the ears.

They sit at number two on the Billboard Emerging Artists Chart and have peaked at number one before Snow, Tha Product took over the number one spot.

Their debut album "The Balcony" is already available overseas and will be available stateside on January 6.

The name of the song that holds the top spot on the Billboard Emerging Artists Chart might not be appealing, but Troy Ave has managed to turn glitter into gold with his track "Doo Doo." After his song "All About The Money" hit widespread popularity, it was granted a remix featuring Young Jeezy and Rick Ross. Now Ave returns with "Doo Doo' a declaration to all of his haters that he has an will continue to make it in the game.

With cosigns from Jeezy and Ross it is very likely that his career will take off with no signs of looking back.

Rich The Kid rounds out the top four with his song "Goin Krazy" featuring YG.

The West Coast styled beat is accentuated by lyrics from YG and Kid who aren't worried about "s***' apparently and rightfully so.

While Kid is still on the rise, YG has defined himself as quite the West Coast storyteller with the release of his album "My Krazy Life," so it is established that he knows a thing or two about "Goin Krazy."
