The Revival was one of the best tag-teams to come out of NXT as the pair had many great matches.

However once they were 'graduated' to the main roster, their star power faded away. Now it looks like the team want out of WWE to wrestle elsewhere.

This new rumor comes courtesy from BodySlam.net. It's being said that The Revival have asked for their release from the company. You can read the rumored report down below.

"I asked around and from what I have been told following their match on this week’s episode of RAW former two-time NXT Tag Team Champions The Revival asked for their release from the company."

This is not surprising since The Revival had to face the Lucha House Party team for the millionth time time on Raw this week.

I'm pretty sure they're sick of being on Raw facing the same team week in and week out.

The Revival have also been treated like jobbers which is another reason why they want to leave the company. They did not get the main event treatment like they did back on NXT.

The Revival can always leave and wrestle elsewhere. It's rumored they're interesting in joining All Elite Wrestling (AEW) in the near future. They're reportedly very keen on wrestling The Young Bucks.

For now, the news of their impending departure is a rumor as they're not gone from WWE just yet. That said, it's only a matter of time until they will leave the company.
