Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani will hold a press conference today after appearing in court to defend Activision Blizzard Inc. The press conference will be at 3:00 PM PST; the hearing begins at 1:30 PM PST.

According to a press release, Giuliani will be "discussing key themes of the case," such as his effort to get the lawsuit dismissed.

Giuliani is defending Activision Blizzard against jailed dictator Manuel Noriega, who doesn't like how he was portrayed in Call of Duty Black Ops II.

Giuliani has called Noriega's lawsuit "absurd" and addressed him as a "lawless tyrant." He has also argued that Noriega's "minor inclusion" in Black Ops II is "protected free speech."

In addition to the pending lawsuit, Activision is getting ready to release Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. The latest installment of their popular first person shooter franchise, Advanced Warfare will allow you to better customize your character and fight enemies in ways that could only be possible in the future.

For fans that can't wait, Activision is releasing a Day Zero edition of the game, which will be available 24 hours before the rest of the world can play.
