Usually we have DC characters like Batman crossover with other superheroes such as Superman, Wonder Woman and more. This time it's different because the caped crusader now meets the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in this new animated movie.

Alongside Robin and Batgirl, Batman encounters the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for the very first time.

The reason the turtles are in Gotham City is because their enemy Shredder is visiting the city with his Foot Clan and they want to know what his plan is.

I feel the title of the movie is a little misleading though because Batman only fights the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles during one fight due to a misunderstanding.

The movie should have been called Batman and TMNT instead since the majority of the film they are working together to foil Shredder's plan with Ra's Al Ghul.

The thing I like about about this movie is just how funny and humorous the dialogue is. It's just so fun to watch Batman's serious attitude working with the more laid back personalities of the Ninja Turtles.

Probably my favorite character in the entire movie is Michelangelo as he has the best lines in the film and is the most energetic character. His interactions with Robin and Alfred made me laugh out loud hardly.

The voice acting is also excellent as Troy Baker does double duty playing both Batman and The Joker.

He's really good in this movie because he sounds close to Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill! The Turtles are also cool thanks to their wide personalities.

The movie is also very fast paced with lots of action sequences and awesome fight scenes.

One of the best fights in the entire movie is when Batman first encounters Shredder. The two pretty much nearly fights to the death and it's great to see Batman face an opponent that can beat him up hand-to-hand.

While Batman vs Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is a very fun movie to watch, it isn't perfect. The plot is cliche as Ra's Al Ghul and Shredder have a plan similar to The Lizard in The Amazing Spider-Man movie.

Another thing that kind of shocked me is how violent the movie is.

The movie is supposed to be humorous and fun thanks to the Turtles, but there are some violent scenes that looked out of place in my opinion.

That being said, this movie is PG-13 so the bad guys don't hold back when they kill some people.

Other than that, Batman vs Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is a very fun movie and is one of the best animated DC films of all time in my opinion.

If you want to watch something with lots of action and humor, this is the perfect movie for you to watch.

Verdict: 4/5 stars
