Avengers: Endgame is finally out and it's a different movie compared to Avengers: Infinity War. Just make sure not to read any spoilers because a lot of things happen in this three hour epic movie.

Avengers: Infinity War is a fun movie, although there wasn't much in terms of character development and story. Last year's movie was more action and ended on a nail biting cliffhanger.

Avengers: Endgame is a different film with a very unpredictable storyline.

It feels like a heist film as multiple teams are out doing different jobs. It's hard to tell you their plan without giving spoilers, but it's a fun plan that makes use of every surviving characters.

What I like most about the film is its aforementioned unpredictability and shocking twists.

If you think the film goes in one direction, it takes you on another surprising route as lots of huge things happen within the first 20 minutes of the movie!

However, I will say some people may feel the movie is slow during the first hour because all of the characters are grieving the loss of the other characters.

Not to mention it also takes them a while to come up with a viable plan to bring back all the other characters.

It goes without saying you need to avoid spoilers as much as you can in order to fully enjoy this movie. If you know what happens already, the emotional scenes won't be as heavy and heartfelt.

Endgame is also a more dramatic and heartfelt movie compared to Infinity War. There's more story and character development rather than just straight up action set pieces.

That said, the movie does have an ending battle that is epic and similar to the wars in The Lord of the Rings trilogy.

Again, I cannot say much about this battle other than it's HUGE and features a lot of characters on the screen.

The movie also calls back to many MCU movies from the past and it feels like a proper conclusion to this current saga of films that have lasted over 11 years.

There's no cliffhangers here because the movie ends when the credits roll. There's no obvious sequel bait like in other films in the series.

Anyway, I really enjoyed Avengers: Endgame mainly because the film feels a lot different to last year's Infinity War.

The story is great and a rollercoaster of happy and sad emotions will go through you once you see everything until the end.

Verdict: 5/5 stars
