Marvel Studios stepped out of its comfort zone earlier this year by giving us more serious outings with both Black Panther and Avengers: Infinity War.

This month, the studio goes back to its winning formula because Ant-Man and the Wasp is a comedic action movie that is so enjoyable to watch.

There has been some criticism that some Marvel movies add too many unwanted comedy segments. I felt this way when I was watching Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.

2 as that movie didn't impress me at all. Thankfully, Ant-Man and the Wasp is not like that as the story has a fast pace and almost every character is likable.

I think it's the awesome cast that makes this movie so fun.

Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly shine as Ant-man and the Wasp as they kick ass and have lots of funny one-liners.

However, it's Michael Peña's Luis and his friends that actually steal the show because they made me laugh out so loud in the cinema.

Hannah John-Kamen who plays the villainous Ghost is also menacing and very memorable.

I would go as far as saying Ghost is as awesome as the Winter Soldier was in the second Captain America movie as Ghost has a lot of awesome action scenes thanks to her ability to phase through objects.

The only actor I did not really like is Walton Goggins who plays another villain that's chasing the good guys.

I don't have anything against Walton Goggins, but he lacks screen presence and never manages to impress me as a high profile villain.

I don't want to say anything about the story of the movie because I feel you should watch this movie fresh without seeing all of the trailers.

All I will say is that the film has lots of creative action scenes thanks to the main characters being able to shrink and grow at any size they wish.

Ant-Man and the Wasp also has a fast and kinetic pace that never really slows down.

There are no boring bits and ever scene seems important. Not to mention the CGI is much better here than what we saw in Black Panther.

The only people that might not like this movie are those that were hoping to see something more serious.

If you don't like the usual comedy action movie that Marvel usually makes, you may want to check out something else instead.

That said, if you watched Avengers: Infinity War you will want to check out Ant-Man and the Wasp.

This is because you will get to know the timeline of the movie and the reason why Ant-Man did not show up in Infinity War. Watch the movie until the very end because its mid-credits scene is unmissable!

Even though I enjoyed the first Ant-Man movie, I did not think it was anything special.

Sure it was enjoyable but it was also kind of average at the same time. Thankfully, Ant-Man and the Wasp is superior to the original thanks to a great cast and a story that's not too cliche.

Overall, Ant-Man and the Wasp is another crowd pleasing movie from Marvel Studios and it's sure to do well at the Box Office.

The movie is fun, has lots of action and is one of the funniest Marvel movies ever made. Go out and watch it now if you can!
