Randy Orton Wants To Fight The Rock At WrestleMania 36

The last time The Rock was in a match was back in 2016 when he beat Erick Rowan in only six seconds. If Randy Orton gets his way, he wants to fight The Rock next year at WrestleMania 36!

Randy Orton proposed this huge potential match over on his official Twitter account. You can read what he had to say posted down below.

".@TheRock I see you will be at #SmackdownOnFox this Friday. How about you & I have a discussion about who’s the greatest 3rd generation of all time and we answer that question April 5th in Tampa At Wrestlemania 36. A vipers sense of smell is unmatched. I smell what you’re cooking".

The last real match The Rock competed in was WrestleMania 29 in a 24 minute match against John Cena. The Rock got injured in the match and has never wrestled a proper match ever since aside from the aforementioned Rowan match.

It's highly unlikely this match could take place because The Rock's movie schedule is too busy. The Rock is not allowed to get injured or it will ruin his filming availability.

The last time The Rock faced Randy Orton was in 2004 at WrestleMania XX. The Rock teamed up with Mick Foley to face Evolution's Batista, Ric Flair and Randy Orton.

Randy Orton did not have a chance to meet The Rock on Smackdown Live. The Rock instead did a segment with King Baron Corbin.
