No he did not forget about Throwback Thursday's, Raekwon is back with a new TBT by free-styling over "Heard It All Before" by Sunshine Anderson.
"That's not quite as far back as Rae has been going lately," said HotNewHipHop.com of the freestyle, "but it's still more than ten years old.
Last week we headed to the year 1966 with a remix of Stevie Wonder's 'Hey Love.'"
According to HNHH.com Raekwon is also working on a solo album titled, "F.I.L.A" as well as the upcoming Wu-Tang Clan reunion LP "A Better Tomorrow." Both pieces have been under tight wraps and little information is being revealed but fans of the Clan as well as Raekwon can expect some old school hardcore rap ahead.
The verse on this TBT consists of the chef speaking as a response to Anderson's words of a cheater. He also gets a little gritty speaking about how he handles those who try to "wild"on him.
