Destination America, has organized a spectacular party for the two winning towns of its RED, WHITE AND YOU contest - Prescott, Ariz., and Hamtramck, Mich.

The line-up of fun will feature thrilling rides, dazzling fireworks, and musical performances, including an appearance in Prescott by Grammy Award-winning band The Wallflowers.

The RED, WHITE AND YOU festivities start in Prescott on July 4 and continue in Hamtramck on July 5.

"Destination America is known for all things Americana, and what says America more than a Fourth of July party? We are looking forward to hosting our second-annual RED, WHITE AND YOU event in two towns that truly deserve Independence Day celebrations filled with family activities, fried food and fireworks," said Marc Etkind, general manager of Destination America.

"And in Prescott, a town that's so badly in need of an uplifting event, there's no better way to infuse that spirit and patriotism of America's birthday than a taking in the infectious live performance of Grammy Award-winning band, The Wallflowers."

Prescott, still recovering from the devastating wildfires that tragically claimed the lives of 19 brave firefighters last year, kicks off RED, WHITE AND YOU with memorable Independence Day festivities ranging from rides and local entertainment to a live performance from the Grammy-winning rock band The Wallflowers.

The critically acclaimed band will kick off in Prescott with one song prior to the honorary Fourth of July fireworks, and close the night with an electrifying performance.

Hamtramck, a true melting pot community of America that has persevered in a difficult economy, finally celebrates their first Fourth of July in more than 30 years.

Bringing the entire community together on July 5, the party will commence with pony rides, a petting zoo and carnival games followed by a live performance from local Motown band JR Walkers Allstar.

The evening will be rounded out by a spectacular fireworks show.

Destination America also partnered with the Student Conservation Association to provide a complete facelift to Hamtramck's Veterans Park as well as with HATCH: A Hamtramck Art Collective to bring in local artists to create commemorative art pieces that will be donated to the town.

Making a special appearance in both cities will be Abel Gonzales from Destination America's hit TV show, DEEP FRIED MASTERS, which is launching a new season on July 12 at 10/9c.
