Playstation Announces New Sale, Launches Playstation Now

Sony announced a sale on the PlayStation blog .

Advertised as "ultimate deals," the promotion offers "up to 67% off" certain titles; you can get the game with all of its available DLC. Ultimate Editions on sale include: Batman Arkham Origins, Batman Arkham City, Borderlands, Dead Island Riptide, Dead Island Game of the Year Edition, Deadly Premonition: The Director's Cut, Metal Gear Rising: Revengenace, Mortal Kombat, Muramasa Rebirth, Prototype 2, Resident Evil 6, Saints Row IV, Saint's Row: the Third, Sound Shapes (PS3), Sound Shapes (PS4), The Amazing Spiderman, The Amazing Spiderman 2, Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Blacklist, Toukiden: Age of Demons, and Transformers: Fall of Cybertron.

Savings for PS Plus subscribers will be "up to 85% off." The sale ends on October 20, so make your purchase soon if you are interested in any of these titles.

Prices reach as low as $7.19 if you are a PS Plus subscriber.

Sony also launched the beta for PlayStation Now today--a streaming service that allows players to play games without downloading them.
