Plants vs. Zombies, one of the most popular portable games in recent memory, is getting a new addition tomorrow. Legends of the Lawn, a free expansion for the game, will be a "massive update."

Chris Fox posted on Playstation Blog about the title. The lead gameplay designer of Plants vs. Zombies, Fox was most enthused about the new Taco Bandits game mode--a capture the flag-like activity where the flag is supplanted by a taco.

"The star of this pack is our brand new game mode, Taco Bandits," Fox writes, "Crazy Dave set up his taco stand in Zombie territory and naturally, Dr. Zomboss is trying to eat lunch and skip out on the bill.

As a Zombie, it's your job to push through reinforced Plant defenses, grab the taco, and make it back to Dr.

Zomboss' spaceship in one piece. If the Zombies can manage this feat three times in a round, its game over for the plants."

In addition to Taco Bandit, Suburbination is debuting on the Playstation 4. From Fox's description, Suburbination is a mode where the Plants and Zombies duke it out for control over desirable patches of land.

Fox describes the game mode as an "epic tug-of-war.... over three holty contested gardens."

Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare: Legends of the Lawn launches tomorrow to the Playstation 4 and Playstation 3. For more about the game, go the its official website here.
