Our Top Albums This Week: Shawn Mendes, Trolls, Mick Jenkins, Mutemath & Warpaint

It's Friday and for many that means brand new music from special artists across all genres.

We highlighted some of our favorite albums this week which include, Shawn Mendes, Mick Jenkins, Mutemath, Ty Dolla $ign, Warpaint as well as the Trolls soundtrack.

Shawn Mendes: Illuminate

Shawn Mendes bursted on to the mainstream radio scene with a slew of hits including his track "Stitches." The track was featured on his debut album Handwritten.

He would later on produce another radio classic titled, "Treat You Better" which served as the first single off of Illuminate. Currently Mendes has another single out titled, "Mercy," which is now on it's rise up the charts.

Mick Jenkins: The Healing Component

Rapper Mick Jenkins is back with another special album titled, The Healing Component. The splendid new album explores the world of mind-bending and kaleidoscopic beats with slight infusions of jazz.

Some may even argue it's his best project to date, showing consistent growth and special verses that address a cornucopia of subject matters.

Mutemath: Changes (Remix Album)

Mutemath just released a remix album titled Changes. The album features remixes of their latest album Vitals. The mix of chill and EDM-styled remixes give these awesome tracks a new identity while maintaining the beauty of Mutemath's music.

Ty Dolla $ign: Campaign

Ty Dolla $ign's track record with producing hits is enough to tell you what you can expect from his latest album Campaign.

Add features from Future, Migos, Travis Scott, Trey Songz, Wiz Khalifa, Big TC, Meek Mill and a Charlie Heat remix and you already know you're in for one hell of an album.

Warpaint: Heads Up

The women of Warpaint are back with another spectacular alternative rock classic titled, Heads Up. The album continues their mystical sound with an undeniable alternative essence.

Together, these four women are continuing to produce strong music with depth and bone-chilling sound.

Trolls Soundtrack

The new DreamWorks film Trolls has a special soundtrack that was curated by Justin Timberlake, who is featured on plenty of cuts. The hit song, "Can't Stop The Feeling" was an instant hit that skyrocketed to number one on the charts.

Now, the Trolls Soundtrack is released in its entirety featuring dance hits and some reimagined classics like "Mo Money Mo Problems," "Hello," "I'm Coming Out," "The Sound of Silence," "True Colors" and "September." Fans can enjoy vocals from Timberlake.

Anna Kendrick, Gwen Stefani, Zooey Deschanel and the rest of the star-studded cast of Trolls.
