A new Dragon Ball Super: Broly trailer has now been released from Funimation. Bear in mind, the trailer does spoil a big part of the movie although most people may already know what happens in the film.

If you are sensitive to spoilers, you may want to avoid watching this new trailer for Dragon Ball Super: Broly. If you already know the big spoiler, this new trailer shows it in full.

If you are still here, you'll know that Gogeta makes his first canonical appearance in the new movie. The last time we saw the character was in the Fusion Reborn spin-off movie where he faced off against Janemba.

However, those old school movies weren't officially canon so this is the first proper appearance for the character. Gogeta is the product of both Vegeta and Goku fusing together doing the fusion dance.

Gogeta is supposedly more powerful than Vegito which is when the two characters are joined by wearing the Potara earrings. Gogeta turns into Super Saiyan Blue and this might be powerful enough to take down Broly.

The trailer pretty much shows us around 30 seconds of new footage using the English voice actors. The fused voice of Gogeta sounds very cool and we will also see his base form at the start too.

Dragon Ball Super: Broly will be released in North America on January 16th, 2019 at participating cinemas and theaters. Check your local listing for session times and more.
