California music blog, Free Bike Valet, named Top Music Blog of 2013 by LA Weekly, just premiered The Morning Birds' "Bloom" this week after raving about the single as "a sedated lounge ode laced with lush pop, smoky jazz, and velvet vocals.

The single is the focus and title of their second EP (as all the other diverse tracks are remixes of the song), but the smooth original haunts our inhibitions just fine."

The Morning Birds, a band from LA, just released their latest EP 'Bloom' this past month.

The release includes one original song and five songs named after the seasons of the year, all remixed from different well renowned DJs from around the world.

The collaborative piece dropped nationally on August 12th, but throughout the summer, the band premiered remixes on specific days of astrological significance (Summer Solstice, New Moon, Full Moon, New Moon and Super Moon).

For those who are fans of Grimes and tUnE-yArDs, you are sure to love this upcoming release from The Morning Birds.

With a mix of different electronic music genres including dubstep, trance and house, along with jazz and indie rock and indie pop, there is much to like for different music fans all around.
