Borderlands: The Pre- Sequel launches tomorrow. To promote it, 2K Games released a new trailer.

It starts with Handsome Jack looking at Elpis--the setting of the Pre-Sequel--from a spaceship, vowing to make things better.

The trailer has what you'd expect from Borderlands: shoot-'em-up action. There is also a list of the playable characters: Nisha the Lawbringer, Athena the Gladiator, Wilhelm the Enforcer, and Claptrap the Fragstrap.

In The Pre-Sequel, you fight for Handsome Jack as he tries to conquer Elpis--Pandora's moon. The antagonist of Borderlands II, Handsome Jack is the wisecracking narcissist who will sacrifice anything to further is agenda.

You can expect more of the franchise's trademark humor in the Pre-Sequel. Every time Claptrap appears in the trailer, the tone makes a quick and humorous shift.

Some critics have already reviewed the newest Borderlands game.

"Elpis provides some gorgeous scenery," Gamespot states in its review of the game,
"and the low-gravity environemtns bring an exciting new dynamic (to) exploration and combat.

No, it never reaches the furthest edges of space, but Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel still offers some (of) the best of what the series has to offer: good loot, good laughs, and good times for many hours."

Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel is being released tomorrow for PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. For more about the title, visit its official website here.
