As of today Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy Awesome Mix Vol. 1 soundtrack is No. 1 on iTunes Top Albums Charts.
The soundtrack features classic tracks such as Blue Swede's "Hooked on a Feeling," "I'm Not in Love" by 10cc, Redbone's "Come and Get Your Love," and The Runaways' "Cherry Bomb." The soundtrack made popular by James Gunn's motion picture adaptation of the classic Marvel comic book has also made its way up Billboard Album Charts first debuting at No.
3 and now sits at No. 1.
Music played a very crucial role in the film for Star Lord played by Chris Pratt, and it also proved to be an important symbol.
Marvel's "Guardians of the Galaxy," stars Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, featuring Vin Diesel as Groot, Bradley Cooper as Rocket, Lee Pace, Michael Rooker, Karen Gillan, Djimon Hounsou, with John C. Reilly, Glenn Close as Nova Prime and Benicio Del Toro as The Collector.
