Lauren Graham Talks 'Gilmore Girls' and More On The Ellen Show

This year, Lauren Graham has been all over The Ellen Show and that's all thanks to the upcoming Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life Netflix special.
She stopped by the show just days before the premiere of the first of the four-part series to chat about Gilmore Girls, play a little 5 Second Rule and much more.
As Graham sat down with DeGeneres, the host revealed she hadn't seen Graham in awhile but heard a rumor that she had frozen herself.
Graham froze her entire body and DeGeneres wanted to know more.
She couldn't quite explain what it does, however, she said that it seemed like "a youth thing to do." Athletes actually do it to reduce inflammation but Graham said it just sounded like a fun thing to do on a Saturday.
The actress explained the process to DeGeneres and said that you feel great after you walk out of it. They also chatted about Gilmore Girls and the long-awaited series.
Graham said that it was strange having a studio in L.A. because of where they normally filmed the show. However, she had never had an experience like it and said it was one of the best times of her life.
At first Graham was nervous and changed outfits. The shirt she picked was a bit big but her stylist helped pin it.
When the day was over, the stylist realized that the shirt was actually called the Lorelei Two and Graham picked that shirt out of all of the ones in her dressing area.
She then realized that it was the second time her character Lorelei would be returning to the set.
It was if fate and magic had a hand in all of the Gilmore Girls frenzy. Graham chatted about the secrecy of the show and also played a hilarious game of 5 Second Rule, which you can watch in The Ellen Show videos below.
The first part of Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life (Winter), is scheduled to released on November 25, via Netflix.
