The company has been involved in some of the most legendary titles in gaming, such as: Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, Contra, Castlelvania, Gradius, and Silent Hill.
Gamespot reported that Hideo Kojima, the mastermind behind the Metal Gear franchise, has been busy, " During a special Kojima Station video presentation tomorrow, Kojima Productions will reveal 'a bit of MSGV info before a wider reveal at the Tokyo Game Show later this month, series creator Hideo Kojima teasted on Twitter today.
Kojima did not elaborate any further, however."
The tweet could have something to do with Kojima Productions' upcoming release, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, which--as of now--has no specific release date.
The company has drawn out anticipation for the upcoming title; Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes was released on March 18, and critics regarded it as a glorified demo for the Phantom Pain.

The announcement turned out to be a Bomberman-related prank.
