Kingdom Hearts III Release Date Still Unannounced

The Kingdom Hearts 3's release date is still unannounced, Square Enix announced via Twitter last night. This was in response to voice actor Bill Farmer's tweet that the anticipated title would launch later this year.

According to Gamespot, Farmer voices Goofy, in addition to other characters.

Kingdom Hearts 3 has been one of the most requested sequels of the past decade. Kingdom Hearts 2 was released in 2005--making it 10 years since fans got a chance to step into Sora's massive shoes.

Kingdom Hearts has been one of the best-reviewed franchises of the past decade. Gamespot gave Kingdom Hearts 2 a score of 8.7 out of 10.

"Kingdom Hearts II has made some big steps in the four years since the original Kingdom Hearts game was released," Gamespot stated in their review of Kingdom Hearts II. "Significant changes to both the camera system and the basic combat allow you to play through the game without being frustrated by either, and the gameplay is, for the most part, either enjoyable or inconsequential. The game offers an extremely long gameplay experience that takes you through an absolute whirlwind of Disney and Square franchises, letting you interact with virtually every character you could conceive of joining up forces with or fighting against."

Kingdom Hearts fans are still waiting for the next installment of the classic RPG franchise. For more about Kingdom Hearts, visit its official website here.
