The host of "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" is never done amazing us. First Jimmy Fallon becomes best friends with Justin Timberlake and now he's rocking the stage with U2 at their latest show in Madison Square Garden.

"Fallon started out by busting on Bono, The Edge, and himself ... for their rash of injuries, saying ... 'I'm a big fan of Irish people who fall down and hurt themselves,'" according to TMZ.

"But when the band kicked into their hit, 'Desire' -- Jimmy went into lead singer mode ... first sharing the mic, and then taking over and doing a spot-on Bono impression. You gotta see his harmonica solo at the end."

The awesome performance was fully equipped with a Harmonica solo to match it and the crowd went wild as Fallon continued his wacky but awesome cover of "Desire." Fallon has proven time and time again that he is a huge fan of music especially with some of his most memorable skits on "Saturday Night Live" like "The Barry Gibbs Talk Show," spoofing one of the Bee Gees.
