While he was on a bit of a break to develop a new ride for Universal Studios Orlando, Jimmy Fallon wanted to come back this week and pay a tribute to Prince.

Together he and Questlove told one of the best stories about the star next to Dave Chappelle's Prince skit.

During The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the host relived the moment he heard about Prince's death and texted Questlove about it. Fallon was talking to Lorne Michaels of SNL and wanted to do something to celebrate the life of Prince.

Together they relived the moment Prince got up on stage after SNL and played "Let's Go Crazy," a moment Fallon said was incredible.

Fallon says he felt really sad when reliving all of the stories but he and Questlove shared an interesting one of their own.

Questlove started off by telling the audience that he got a text from a third party saying "he wants to talk to you." He immediately knew that why they say "he" they mean Prince. Prince told Questlove to tell Fallon he would be waiting for him at Susan Sarandon's SPiN because he wanted to challenge him at ping pong.

Fallon says it is a true story and it was strange because Prince is such an icon. He says you always hear these mysterious stories about Prince that are actually real.

Questlove told Prince that it was the night that Fallon's daughter Winnie was born, however, Prince just insisted on telling him to let Fallon know.

Fallon says he had Chris Rock on the show and gave his best impression of Rock who was shocked when he heard that Fallon had never seen Prince.

Fallon grabbed some tickets to go see Prince at Madison Square Garden and while enjoying the show, Prince's management approached him.

They wanted Fallon to get on stage and dance with Prince but he denied them twice. However, when he saw Questlove going up Fallon decided to go up anyway. Questlove begins playing the drums, Fallon is dancing and Prince leaves.

The story moves on to Prince's visit to the show where his management team wanted him to play Ping Pong. He didn't want to play on camera but thought it would be fun to play against Fallon.

Prince performed that night and even broke a guitar.

The story picks up once again where Questlove dropped off in the beginning. Fallon got a text from Prince's management the next evening for another ping pong challenge.

Fallon leaves dinner to play Prince and that's where the story get's amazing. Prince schools Jimmy Fallon in ping pong and leaves him there. You can watch Fallon and Questlove tell the full story below.
