If/Then Original Recording Ranks High On Billboard

Masterworks Broadway announces the Original Broadway Cast Recording of If/Then makes a stunning debut at #19 on Billboard's Top 200 Chart. This is the highest debut for a Broadway cast album since Rent in 1996.

The If/Then cast recording, produced by Steve Epstein, Tom Kitt and David Stone, also debuts at #1 on the Top Broadway albums chart.

Idina Menzel returns to Broadway for the first time since winning the Tony Award for Wicked in If/Then, an original Broadway musical which reunites Tom Kitt (music), Brian Yorkey (book and lyrics), and Michael Greif (director), the creative team behind the Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning musical, Next to Normal.

If/Then is produced by David Stone, who produced bothWicked and Next to Normal.

If/Then features choreography by Larry Keigwin, set design by Tony Award-Nominee Mark Wendland, costume design byEmily Rebholz, lighting design by Tony Award-Winner Kenneth Posner and sound design by Tony Award-Winner Brian Ronan.

The production features musical direction by Carmel Dean, vocal arrangements by Annmarie Milazzo, and orchestrations by Tony Award-Winner Michael Starobin.
