Today on The Howard Stern Show, Howard remembered Gregg Allman of the Allman Brothers.

Allman passed away on May 27, while Howard was off last week, and therefore Howard in the crew hadn't had a chance to discuss his passing.

Allman had previously appeared on the Howard Stern show, and he talked about writing the song Melissa.

"I was out on the road the first time, and I guess I was a little homesick, so I just invented this girl and wrote the whole damn song except for the title."

Howard also had Kevin Hart on today's program. Hart talked a lot about his comedy, including his stand up process.

Hart also spent some time talking about Dave Chapelle, and Colin Quinn, both of whom he had a storied relationship with.

Hart explained that Colin Quinn was one of the first people that embraced him as a comic, and introduced him to some of the top comics of the time including Jerry Seinfeld.
