Hot Toys Reveals New Luke Skywalker Figure From Star Wars: The Last Jedi

Hot Toys today has announced a new Luke Skywalker figure it will be releasing in the near future based on the character's appearance at the end of Star Wars: The Last Jedi.

This new figure is from the battle on Crait.

Hot Toys posted pictures of the new Luke Skywalker figure over on its official Facebook page. You can read the full announcement posted down below.

"Haunted by Ben Solo’s fall to evil and convinced the Jedi had to end, Luke sought exile on a distant world, ignoring the galaxy’s pleas for help. But his solitude was interrupted – and Luke Skywalker had one final, momentous role to play in the struggle between good and evil. Today Hot Toys is thrilled to introduce the new 1/6th scale Luke Skywalker collectible figure as seen during his showdown with Kylo Ren on the planet of Crait in Star Wars: The Last Jedi! The highly-accurate collectible figure is expertly crafted based on Luke Skywalker’s appearance in Star Wars: The Last Jedi. Featuring a newly developed head sculpt with incredible likeness, greatly detailed robed costume, LED light-up lightsaber, an interchangeable lightsaber blade emulating the weapon in motion, a pair of dice, and a specially designed figure base inspired by the unique environment of Crait. This new Luke Skywalker collectible figure will be an extraordinary addition for any Star Wars fans!"

If you don't like the look of this version of Luke Skywalker, Hot Toys has previously released figures of the character based on his younger look that appeared in the original trilogy.

This may not be the last Luke Skywalker figure that Hot Toys will ever release. Next year will see the appearance of the character again in Star Wars: Episode IX. Will we finally get a Force Ghost figurine?
