This action movie is set from the first perspective so it feels like your watching someone play a first person shooter like Call of Duty of Battlefield.

Written and Directed by Ilya Naishuller and Starring Sharlto Copley (District 9, Elysium), "Hardcore" is the first professionally shot first person shooter - esque movie.

Taking cues from video games like Call of Duty, the movie aims to give an up close view of firefights. It will surely be a must watch for many of the fans of these types of games.

The film is currently on Indiegogo where fans can help fund the post - production still necessary for its release. As of date they have raised over $65,000 and have 32 days left to reach their goal of $250,000.

Donations amount vary from $1 all the way up to $25,000 for one person who wishes to receive the title of executive producer in the credits as well as all the other donation rewards.

Th filming of "Hardcore" was done using GoPro cameras like many other home videos. The newest GoPro camera, GoPro 4, which was released in September.

The Black Edition of the Hero 4 allows users to record in 4k video, making the small action cam a very viable option for anyone looking to record at a professional level.

"Hardcore" was shot using these cameras and the quality is definitely there.
