What happens when you're the host of a hit television show but can't seem to get the name of a guest right? Just dropped the bell and start giving away awesome stuff.

That's exactly what Ellen DeGeneres did for the third day of her 12 Days of Giveaways on The Ellen Show.

DeGeneres was trying to say a very difficult name of a guest and her executive producer Andy Lassner urged her to keep trying. When it seemed like she wouldn't be getting the name, the 12 Days of Giveaways bell began to sound and the fans went nuts.

It was yet another innovative way of surprising fans, which is something The Ellen Show excels at on a daily basis.

Out came the dancing reindeer and presented fans with a $500 container store gift card, a $500 Vince Camuto gift card, a $300 Office Depot gift card, a $250 Starbucks gift card, a $400 Monster Moto minibike and finally a $500 Bestbuy gift card.

We'd say that's another big day for The Ellen Show's 12 Days of Giveaways. You can watch fans freak out in The Ellen Show video below.
