"Friends" is all about watching who you trust and more so, who you call your "Friends." It features a timeless verse and chorus by Pimp C, a member of UGK close confidant of Bun B. Juicy J adds his bouncy style of rap while Nas enters with a salute to Pimp C and a verse about the hood and backstabbers who are jealous about the life you have once you make it.
"Friends" is another track featured on the Long Live The Pimp. The album is being released in the memory and celebration of Pimp C's life and his passion for hip-hop. It features Lil Wayne, A$AP Rocky, T.I. and many more, along with a slew of Houston artists including Slim Thug and Bun B. You can check out the newest track "Friends" below. Long Live The Pimp is scheduled for a December 4 release.
