Funimation Has Acquired The Rights To Attack on Titan Season 3

Funimation has now announced that it has acquired the international broadcasting rights to show the much anticipated season 3 of the anime hit 'Attack on Titan'. The show will be available in many countries all around the world.

Funimation has made an agreement with Kodansha to to secure the international rights to the third season of Attack on Titan.

The show will be shown in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand and can be seen on Funimation's own video on demand service.

The new season is expected to make its debut in Japan in July 2018. It will be broadcast in Japanese audio with the appropriate English subtitles to go along with it.

“We’re thrilled to be bringing back ’Attack on Titan’ for its third season in 2018 and on the heels of the series’ long awaited and exciting return last year,” said Gen Fukunaga, CEO and founder of Funimation. “Everyone is anxious to see what’s in store for the new season. Fans have been clamoring with non-stop speculation ever since Wit Studio released a Season 3 teaser poster last October. We will all soon find out later this year.”
