The Full Cast Has Been Revealed For Star Wars: The Mandalorian

Disney and Lucasfilm have announced the official full cast for The Mandalorian TV show that is coming out sometime in late 2019. The full main cast has been revealed and it includes a lot of recognizable names.

Disney and Lucasfilm revealed the full cast for The Mandalorian over on the official Star Wars website. You can read about all of the details posted down below.

"Pedro Pascal (Narcos) has been cast in the title role as a lone Mandalorian gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy. He is joined by Gina Carano (Deadpool), Giancarlo Esposito (Breaking Bad), Emily Swallow (Supernatural), Carl Weathers (Predator), Omid Abtahi (American Gods), Werner Herzog (Grizzly Man), and Nick Nolte (Affliction).

“We’re having a great time working with this incredibly talented group and excited for everyone to see what we’re up to,” says Executive Producer Jon Favreau.

The Mandalorian is being written by Jon Favreau who is also one of the executive producers on the show. Dave Filoni who was involved in Star Wars Rebels and The Clone Wars will be directing the first episode.

Additional episodes will be directed from the likes of Deborah Chow, Rick Famuyiwa, Bryce Dallas Howard, and Taika Waititi just to name a few.

The Mandalorin will debut sometime in late 2019 to air on the Disney+ streaming service. You can read a small synopsis for the series below.

"After the stories of Jango and Boba Fett, another warrior emerges in the Star Wars universe. The Mandalorian is set after the fall of the Empire and before the emergence of the First Order. We follow the travails of a lone gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy far from the authority of the New Republic".
