The professional wrestling industry is in deep mourning today because three famous wrestlers have all died within the span of 24 hours. The wrestlers that have passed away today include Brian Christopher (pictured), Nikolai Volkoff and Brickhouse Brown.

Brian Christopher Lawler is the son of Hall of Famer Jerry 'The King' Lawler and was most famous for being in the Too Cool tag-team with Scotty 2 Hotty.

Lawler wrestled under the ring name of Grandmaster Sexay and was quite popular back in the Attitude Era's midcard.

Sadly though, Brian Christopher ended his own life today by hanging himself in prison.

He was arrested earlier this year due to a DUI charge. As of this moment, no other details have been shared but it's a sad day for fans.

Another wrestler that died today is Nikolai Volkoff who was famous in the WWE in the '80s. He was a classic heel playing a character from the Soviet Union and he wrestled Hulk Hogan multiple times.

Nikolai Volkoff died due to an apparent heart attack. Doctors told him last week that he should have gotten open heart surgery, but Nikolai Volkoff didn't want to go through with it. He died at the age of 70 years old.

Lastly, the third death today is of Brickhouse Brown. The man never wrestled in the WWE, but he competed a lot in the '80s and '90s in various wrestling promotions.

Brickhouse Brown died due to a long battle with prostate cancer. He died at the age of 57 years old
