Several media outlets were reporting earlier today that Justin Bieber had re-activated his Instagram account. That is not true.
Justin Bieber just tweeted the following:

Before re-deactivating his Instagram, he reportedly unfollowed Selena Gomez and followed Sophia Richie.
You may remember that Justin Bieber had deleted his Instagram following the fallout from his budding relationship with Sophia Richie.
On August 14, Bieber posted, "I'm gonna make my Instagram private if you guys don't stop the hate this is getting out of hand, if you guys are really fans you wouldn't be so mean to people that I like."
Yesterday, a Twitter user had photographed Bieber and Richie possibly having sex:
