Little is known about the Spider-Man: Far From Home storyline mainly because the movie takes place after the events of Avengers: Endgame.

Well now we have the first story synopsis and it sounds it will be much different to 2017's Spider-Man: Homecoming movie.

The synopsis was revealed via a Russian Press site (via Heroic Hollywood). You can read the short plot of the movie posted down below.

"Peter Parker and his friends go on a summer trip to Europe. However, they will hardly be able to rest – Peter will have to agree to help Nick Fury uncover the mystery of creatures that cause natural disasters and destruction throughout the continent."

The first trailer for the film was screened in Brazil earlier this week, although it has yet to be shared with the rest of us.

One of the villains of the movie is the character of Mysterio who is being played by Jake Gyllenhaal.

Spider-Man: Far From Home will again be directed by Jon Watts with a script written by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers.

The movie stars Tom Holland, Samuel L. Jackson, Michael Keaton, Jon Favreau, Jake Gyllenhaal, Zendaya, Marisa Tomei, Cobie Smulders and more.

This synopsis gives us an indication that both Spider-Man and Nick Fury will be back in the MCU after Thanos erased most of human life in Avengers: Infinity War.

How they will be revived back will be explained in Avengers: Endgame.

Spider-Man: Far From Home releases in North America on July 5th, 2019.
