First Birds of Prey Trailer Officially Released

Warner Bros has now officially released the first trailer for Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn). The movie will follow the events of Harley Quinn after what happened at the end of Suicide Squad.

We learn in this new trailer that Harley Quinn has broken up with Jared Leto's Joker which indicates the reason why he's not in this new movie.

The big bad guy in this movie is Black Mask played here by Ewan McGregor.

While not much is known about the actual plot, a synopsis has appeared over on the movie's official Wikipedia page. You can read the synopsis posted down below.

"Since the events of Suicide Squad, Harley Quinn has left the Joker. Batman has disappeared, leaving Gotham City unprotected from crime. When a young girl named Cassandra Cain comes across a diamond belonging to a crime lord who goes by the name of Black Mask, Harley joins forces with Black Canary, Huntress and Renee Montoya to protect her."

Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) will be released in North America on February 7th, 2020. You can check out the trailer below.
