Square Enix, the company that generated a buzz on Twitter with the Tokyo Game Show (TGS) trailer for Final Fantasy XV, confirmed that a demo for their upcoming title will be released in March.

"Gamers have been waiting to play Final Fantasy XV for a long time," Game Informer reports, "but a chance to sample the gameplay is coming soon.

A downloadable demo for the next numbered Final Fantasy will be available in 2015, and lets players see some opening sections of the game in action."

Titled Episode Duscae, the demo will allow the player to explore the first Final Fantasy game made for the current generation consoles.

In addition, Gamespot reported that the Final Fantasy XV demo will be "packaged with the upcoming spin-off Final Fantasy Type-0."

It has also been confirmed that Hajime Tabata--the director of Final Fantasy Type-0--will supplant Tetsuya Nomura for the same position on Final Fantasy XV.

"The decision was made to lighten the workload on Nomura," Playstation Universe reports, "who works at the company as a character designer, producer, and director on other projects, in particular Kingdom Hearts III."

With multiple titles in the works, it is clear that Square Enix is looking to make a splash on the new generation consoles. For more on Final Fantasy XV, view the trailer that everybody is talking about here.
