Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson is one of the biggest actors in Hollywood right now as he already recently released Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle and Rampage recently.

His 2018 isn't ending soon because later this Summer season he's already releasing another movie called 'Skyscraper'.

The first trailer for Skyscraper was released several weeks ago and it drew lots of parallels with the first Die Hard movie.

Not to mention the fact that The Rock stars in the movie also helped increase the movie's awareness around the world.

Box Office Pro has now made an early estimate to the amount of money that Skyscraper could get when it releases later this year.

The website has predicted that the movie could open to a healthy $44 million with an overall domestic gross of a $128 million total.

The website came to these numbers solely on the positive reactions the early trailer made plus the sheer star power of Dwayne Johnson himself.

Don't be surprised if the real numbers increase as positive reviews could make the movie earn more money at the Box Office.

The biggest problem that the movie might face is stiff competition due to its July 13th, 2018 release date.

The movie is released in the same month as Denzel Washington's The Equalizer 2 and Tom Cruise's Mission Impossible: Fallout. All three films are targeting the same demographic so this could cause some overlaps.

That said, The Rock has proven to be bulletproof even when faced with stiff competition at the Box Office.

After all, Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle competed directly with Star Wars: The Last Jedi and it still managed to muster over $900 million at the worldwide Box Office.
