Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson is by far the busiest man in Hollywood and it sounds like his movie career is not slowing down anytime soon.

Even though he's set to release both Rampage and Skyscraper later this year, beyond that we will see a new action film called 'Red Notice'.

As reported exclusively by Deadline, Universal Pictures and Legendary won a bidding war to get permission to produce Red Notice. It's an action film that is expected to have a slightly expensive budget of around $125 million.

Many of the other major film studios were bidding for the film including Warner Bros, Sony, Paramount and even Netflix.

Universal Pictures decided to team up with Legendary and a deal was made to make the film to be released in the year 2020.

Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson is going to get a huge payday for this film as he has an upfront salary of $20 million.

The film is being written and directed by Rawson Marshall Thurber who previously worked with Johnson in 2016's Central Intelligence movie.

It's expected the movie will be getting another major star very soon. It will be interesting to see if Kevin Hart is used again, although it's likely Johnson will want to team up with someone else in this new vehicle.

As a wrestling fan, it would be super interesting if he ever teams up with Dave Bautista or John Cena in a Hollywood film in the near future.

Bautista has made himself famous starring as Drax in the MCU, while John Cena is making more films now as he will star in the Bumblebee movie later this year.

Universal Pictures and Legendary are hoping this to be a two-parter. Deadline says the Red Notice is expected to be a "globe-trotting heist thriller".
